Beer is my passion. I have over 25 years experience in the brewing industry, covering all aspects of the process, including QC/micro, brewhouse, fermentation, filtration and packaging. The majority of this gained at Budweiser, Mortlake, and Hall and Woodhouse in Dorset.¶In 2015 I became a Beer Sommelier and it enabled me to add taste training, beer and food matching events, and competition judging to my portfolio.¶I regularly judge for SIBA and in 2024 achieved the ultimate accolade of judging at the International Beer and Cider Awards- the Oscars of the brewing world! ¶
