Craig has worked in several brewery roles in Marketing, Sales and Innovation His initial thirst for beer, was further boosted by being given a beer making kit, for passing his secondary school exams. Post an Honours degree at Strathclyde University, he got himself a key role in the game changer, that was Caledonian Brewery when it broke through. The he worked alongside Heineken in the US with their portfolio. Based in Edinburgh. he is Commercial Manager for the renowned Orkney Brewery. Proudly Scottish of course, he owns 4 kilts and two sets of bagpipes and he has performed with beer tasting, from nearby Portobello to San Diego.
